Craig Shepherd Memorial Water Ski Race 2019

Date Saturday 2nd of March

Sub juniors, 70MPH, Next Gen, Novice & Drivers race. -Juniors Womens and Master’s, 60MPH, unlimited Inboard-Outboard.

End of year presentation at the Coraki hotel

Sunday 3rd of March. Social ski day, recovery day and BBQ.

Where: Saturday race control Richmond River Coraki NSW.                                                           

Start: Friday night scrutineering where possible 4-8PM. Briefing and Breathalyzer testing Saturday 7am , first race is at 8AM.

Any boats requiring Scrutineering on Saturday need to make an appointment prior to Saturday. (Troy 0427303319)

Novice skiers have not raced in any class other than next gen before. Can be first race as an Adult.

Race 5: Drivers Race                                 20Kms    11:30AM                          $40.00

Drivers race skiers can’t ski in any other event over the weekend. Any team that does race will be disqualified.

                           1Hr lunch and refuel break.

Race 6: Social 60                                         40Kms   1:30PM                             $60.00

Race 7: Juniors, women’s & masters.   40Kms   2:30PM                                    $60.00           Juniors are under 17 years of age

Race 8: unlimited inboard & unlimited outboard 80Kms 3:30PM $90.00

Race fees will be capped at $200.00 for the full day of racing.

Social classes must not exceed 60/70 Mph (GPS will be Provided) no restriction on boats.

Details may change on race weekend due to river conditions / RMS

All boat owners need to supply official’s proof of current boat registration. Qld boat license holders need to apply for a copy of their boat license to present to race officials if it is a part of their drivers licence.

Entries received without payment will not be included in the race draw and therefore will start at the rear of the field.

Any entries received that do not race will be fully refunded
