Is the boat registration number and sticker current and correctly displayed
Is the seating for the driver and observer secure
Is the battery and fuel tank secure
Is the carburetor/s fitted with return springs
Is the steering in good condition
Are the steering stops fitted
Is the rudder shaft and propeller shaft collared
Is the boat fitted with a fire extinguisher
Is the boat carrying two paddles
Is the boat carrying a bucket on a three metre lanyard
Is the ski rope length between 75 feet and 140 feet
Are the skies of slalom type with back kicker
Does the driver and observer have suitable fluorescent helments / floatation jackets
Does the water skiers have suitable fluorescent crash helments
Is the ignition fitted and operational with a cut out lanyard
All boat must have suitable in built flatation, or truck tube secured under bow
All boat must carry orange or pink flag and a medical flag
Is your inboard muffled (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Does the inboard have guards fitted to the propeller shaft coupling on the v-drive and jack shaft to provide protection to the driver and observer
Centremount boats are to be fitted with an engine hatch/engine cover or have machine guards fitted to provide full protection to the driver/observer/skier
Can the boat idle under 6 knots
Is the number board secure (no holding up of numbers under any circumstances) All permanent numbers must be blanked out. Numbers can be displayed on both sides of the front of the boat at owners cost. NUMBER BOARD SIZE L= 400 x H= 300
Fire suits to be worn by driver & observer (Inboards only) Compulsory from 1st August 2016
Wire traces on ropes for inboards with over transom pipes 1 metre minimum length
